REGISTRATION

Please follow the step and fill up your details via our official website to complete the registration process.

You can edit your details at My Account page, there is address and details tab for you to update information.

ORDER

You may place the order via our website after you completed the registration process.

We track by Order number.

For those who have completed the order with payment, GameHarbors will received the order both from the website and email notification.

GameHarbors will not reserve or process the order until we received the payment.

Cancellation is not allow as the payment has paid to the respective studio to reserve your unit. If you insist to cancel the order, the payment will be forfeited as penalty.

PAYMENT METHOD

There are 2(two) payment methods available in our website:
International Customer:
Paypal ( Credit card plus 5% Paypal fee charges )
SWIFT ( Bank transfer, Please check your local bank for the fee and currency rate)
Malaysia Customer:
Giro and/or Instant Transfer and/or Bank In (Account details provided while you checked out the product) Please do provide us the payment advice or bank in slips for verification purposes.

There’s 2 (two) currency (ie: MYR and USD) available in our website.

GameHarbors do not support COD.

Shipping

Yes, we do ship worldwide.

The price shown in the website is excluded the shipping fees as the shipping fees may vary between countries and its final parcel weight.

You may choose between via EMS flight or via sea ship. Contact us if you need third party services like DHL, Fedex, etc

It depends on shipping method you choose and the final package weight once it reached our warehouse.

Yes! We always ship with tracking number.

You can track your order from My Account -> My Pre Orders -> Order. We will update the tracking code to your order details page once send out the parcel.

Insurance coverage is available for the parcel, however, the default shipping cost do not include insurance premium. Hence, if you opt for the insurance coverage, please do inform us and we will let you have the quotation on the insurance premium. Please be noted that the insurance coverage offered by the shipping company is to cover any package lost in transit. Product damaged and/or broken via transit is not cover under the insurance policy.
