Many of our pieces are produced in limited runs, but stock sometimes remains available with our suppliers and distributors — even after it sells out on our store.
Here's how it works:
- Submit your request using the form below. The item you were viewing is already filled in — just add your contact details.
- We check with our supplier. This usually takes 2–5 working days depending on the manufacturer.
- We get back to you with availability, price, and estimated arrival time. No payment is needed until you confirm.
Submitting a request doesn't commit you to buying — it just lets us check on your behalf. If the piece is no longer available anywhere, we'll tell you honestly rather than leave you waiting.
Collector's tip: the earlier you ask after a sell-out, the better the odds. Distributor allocations move fast on popular pieces.
