Thank you for choosing GameHarbors! We want to ensure you have a seamless experience while shopping with us. Please read and understand our terms and conditions below:

  1. Policy Updates: GameHarbors reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use this website, you agree to be bound by all the changes and updated Terms of Use, Conditions, and Privacy Policy stated herein.

  2. Currency of Trading: The available trading currencies on GameHarbors are the Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) and the United States Dollar (USD) only. For online store we used United States Dollar (USD) for checkout, Malaysian customers can pick Bank Transfer and pay Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).

  3. Pricing: All prices displayed on the GameHarbors website represent the cost of items only and exclude shipping fees.

  4. Shipping Costs: We will inform buyers of the shipping cost via email once the products are release and have reached the GameHarbors warehouse, and/or we have the final parcel weight and dimension.

  5. Payment Options: Buyers can use PayPal for payment. Overseas buyers are encouraged to use PayPal for its safety and speed.

  6. Payment Proof: For payments made via Cash deposit, Giro, and SWIFT, buyers must provide GameHarbors with the payment advice and/or bank-in slips as proof of payment.

  7. Reservation Policy: GameHarbors will only reserve your product after receiving your payment (either deposit or full payment).

  8. Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy: GameHarbors does not entertain any exchange, refund, or cancellation requests for products purchased. Exceptions are only made for "Out of Stocks" situations, in which case the deposit will be refunded.

  9. Pre-Order Balances: For buyers who have paid a deposit during a pre-order and expect production, you are obligated to pay the remaining balance and shipping fees when the product is ready to release or ship within two (2) weeks upon receiving the email notification. Failure to settle the remaining balance and shipping fees within the given timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  10. Shipping Address: Buyers must ensure that all details (e.g., Name, phone number, shipping address, etc.) entered on GameHarbors are correct. GameHarbors will follow the shipping address stated on the website for delivery arrangements. GameHarbors is not responsible for products shipped to the wrong address keyed in by the buyer.

  11. Change of Shipping Address: Buyers must inform GameHarbors of any change in shipping address before GameHarbor arranges the shipment.

  12. Product Variations: As all products are hand-made, each piece may have minor differences and slight imperfections. The final release date of the product is subject to delay by the studio and/or manufacturer.

  13. Defective Products/Broken or Missing Parts: If the product has a serious and/or major defect after assembly, GameHarbors will assist buyers in negotiating with the studio and/or manufacturer for a replacement. This is subject to the acceptance and/or agreement of the studio and/or manufacturer. Serious and/or major defects include obvious visible cracks, chips (from a distance), and missing parts or pieces. The buyer must inform GameHarbors and provide photos of the broken parts within 7 days from the day the parcel is received.

  14. Buy at Your Own Risk: GameHarbors shall not be liable for any malfunctions, damages, or losses due to defects in manufacturing, theft incidents, and/or inappropriate handling of the product.

  15. Country Tax: Buyers are responsible for their own country's taxes.

  16. Custom Returns: GameHarbors is not liable if the parcel is returned by your country's customs. The buyer is obligated to bear the shipping cost for re-shipping the product if needed.

  17. Acknowledgment: By purchasing from GameHarbors, you are assumed to have read and understood all the terms and conditions stated in this policy. If you have any doubts or need clarification, please feel free to contact GameHarbors.
