GameHarbors Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at GameHarbors! We want to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our customers. Please read and understand our return and refund policy below:
1. Pre-Order Deposit (Non-Refundable):
- For products available for pre-order, the deposit made during pre-order is non-refundable as it is paid to reserve your product and secure the production progress with the studio.
2. Released Products Payment (Non-Refundable):
- Once a successful reservation from our suppliers is made for a released product, the payment becomes non-refundable. However, if you wish to cancel your order within 1 hour after making the payment and we haven't processed the reservation, we can issue a refund.
3. Remaining Balance Payment (For Pre-Order):
- If you've placed a pre-order and the product is ready for release or shipping within two (2) weeks from the date of notification, you are obligated to pay the remaining balance and shipping fees.
- In case we do not receive the remaining balance after two (2) weeks, we will send a reminder. You must settle the balance within one (1) week. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Return Policy (Wrong Statue):
- If you receive the wrong statue, we will provide a full refund of the product cost and shipping cost. Return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
5. Product Differences and Imperfections:
- Please note that as all products are hand-made, there might be minor differences and slight imperfections, making each piece unique.
6. Defective Products (After Assembly):
- In case of serious and/or major defects after assembly (e.g., obvious visible cracks, missing parts or pieces), we will assist you in negotiating with the studio and/or manufacturer for a replacement. However, acceptance and/or agreement of the studio and/or manufacturer are necessary for this process.
7. Broken or Missing Parts:
- If you receive a product with broken or missing parts, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the parcel and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
8. No Exchange, Refund, or Cancellation Policy:
- Please note that we do not entertain any exchange, refund, or cancellation requests for our products. All sales are final once payment is made.
9. Responsibility for Shipping Address:
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. GameHarbors will use the shipping address stated on the website for delivery arrangements.
10. Tax and Customs:
- Buyers are responsible for their own country's taxes, customs duties, and any related fees.
11. Shipping of Return Items:
- For items returned due to being the wrong statue, buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
12. Understanding the Policy:
- By ordering with GameHarbors, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our return and refund policy.
