GameHarbors Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost:

  • IMPORTANT: Shipping costs are excluded and are not free.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the product's weight, shipping destination, and chosen shipping method.
  • However, we are pleased to offer tax-free shipping for most Europe countries, the US, and Malaysia.

Shipping Times:

  • After you place an order, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible for available released products.
  • Shipping times may vary based on the product's availability and your location.
  • Estimated shipping times will be provided to you via email once the products have reached the GameHarbors warehouse, and/or GameHarbors has the final parcel weight.
  • Please note that shipping duration is subject to customs clearance in your country. Customs procedures can sometimes cause delays in the delivery of your order.
  • Seaship Tax-Free Duration: For tax-free shipping via seaship, the duration is approximately 2 months, which may extend to 3 months during peak seasons and subject to customs clearance. The tracking code will show that it is created during transit to our EU warehouse and will update next only when the parcel reaches our EU warehouse and is picked up by DPD or UPS.
  • Flight Tax-Free Duration: For tax-free shipping via flight, the duration is within 1 month. Please note that this option is only available for shipping to the US and most European countries.
  • Malaysia and Singapore Shipping Duration: For customers in Malaysia and Singapore, shipping via seaship takes around 3 to 4 weeks. Air flight will take around 1 week subject to customs clearance.

Shipping Methods:

  • We use reliable shipping methods to deliver your products safely to your doorstep.
  • For international tax-free shipping to the US and most Europe countries, we often use DPD or UPS.
  • Alternative Shipping Method: Should you need an alternative shipping method such as FedEx, DHL, or Aramex, you may contact us for a personalized shipping quote.

Shipping Tracking Information:

  • For shipments to the US and most Europe countries, the tracking code will only reflect and become active when the parcel reaches our EU warehouse and is picked up by the DPD or UPS courier.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any shipping delays or issues.
  • GameHarbors will use the shipping address stated on the website to arrange for delivery.

Change of Shipping Address:

  • If there is any change in your shipping address after placing your order, please inform GameHarbors promptly and/or update the latest shipping address into your profile and notify us.
  • You are responsible for notifying us of any address changes before we arrange the shipment.

Customs and Duties:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Once the product has been shipped and leaves our warehouse, GameHarbors is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
  • If you encounter any issues with the delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
